The host Cliff Stewart, Lisa Stewart and Lamont Banks our Hosts will be speaking with Our Special Guest Fernando Bermudez, who was convicted in 1991 of murdering a teen outside of a nightclub in New York City. The most damning evidence against him: His photo was misidentified by five teenage witnesses. The youngsters who put him behind bars later recanted their testimony, however, saying that prosecutors and police had pressured them into pinning Bermudez as the killer. There was no evidence to prove such allegations.

The host Cliff Stewart, Lisa Stewart and Lamont Banks our Hosts will be discussing the Voices of the Innocent with Our Special Guest Antoine Day, who was a budding musician when his life changed. On September 1, 1990, Thomas Peters and James Coleman were shot while shooting craps outside a liquor store. The men were taken to a hospital, where Peters died and Coleman was treated and released for a gunshot wound in the back. Day and a codefendant were arrested eight days later after Darrell Gurley, a nephew of Peters and witness to the crime, told police they were the shooters. Both were found guilty sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 60 years for murder and 25 years for attempted murder.
